A navigation compass retrieved from a rubber dinghy used by migrants is seen on board the the Migrant Offshore Aid Station (MOAS) ship MV Phoenix off the coast of Libya August 4, 2015. Some 118 migrants rescued by the Phoenix from a rubber dinghy some 20 miles (32 kilometres) off the coast of Libya on Monday morning were transferred to the Italian Coast Guard later in the evening. The Phoenix, manned by personnel from international non-governmental organisations Medecins san Frontiere (MSF) and MOAS, is the first privately funded vessel to operate in the Mediterranean.
