A man looks at his boathouse from a safe distance after it was destroyed by high waves in Valletta's Grand Harbour February 17, 2003. The harbour's breakwater was unable to protect one side of the harbour where many amateur boatmen keep their boats, some of which were sunk or trashed on the rocks.
