Would-be illegal immigrants are brought ashore from an Italian Coast Guard vessel at the Armed Forces of Malta (AFM) Maritime Squadron base at Haywharf outside Valletta June 9, 2006. Sixteen survivors and three bodies were brought ashore from the migrants' boat which capsized 40 miles north-east of Malta. Eight others remained missing.
